Hospice and End-of-Life Care

Peak Gardens Assisted Living offers compassionate and comprehensive hospice and end-of-life care. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to providing our residents with the highest quality of care during this difficult time. We offer a variety of services, including pain management, emotional support, and spiritual care.

Private and Companion Rooms

Peak Gardens Assisted Living offers a variety of room options, including private and companion rooms. Our private rooms are spacious and comfortable, and they all have private bathrooms. Our companion rooms are perfect for couples or friends who want to share a room.

Monthly Fee is All Inclusive

Peak Gardens Assisted Living's monthly fee is all inclusive. Our monthly fees start at $3500. We offer both private and companion rooms. We also offer special rates for Veterans and Survivors who are eligible for benefits. Additionally, we accept seniors enrolled in InnovAge’s Programs that help seniors live life independently for as long as possible.

Peak Gardens Assisted Living creates an individual and personalized care plan for each resident. This plan is based on the resident's individual needs and preferences. Our team of professionals works with each resident to develop a plan that will help them reach their goals.

Assistance With Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, and More

Peak Gardens Assisted Living provides assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to all of our residents who need it. Our staff is trained to provide this assistance in a compassionate and respectful manner.

Emergency Placement

Peak Gardens Assisted Living offers emergency placement for residents who need immediate care. We have a team of experienced professionals who are available 24 hours a day to provide care for our residents.

3 Nutritious Meals Daily, Plus Snacks

Peak Gardens Assisted Living provides 3 nutritious meals daily, plus snacks. Our meals are prepared by our in-house chef, and they are always fresh and delicious. We also offer a variety of dietary accommodations to meet the needs of our residents.

Special Diet Accommodations

Peak Gardens Assisted Living offers special diet accommodations to meet the needs of our residents. We have a team of registered dietitians who can help residents create a personalized meal plan that meets their dietary needs.
